DESIGNING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PEOPLE AND TECHNOLOGY
2001年発表のコンセプトモデル「info.bar」を起点に、2002年に始動したau Design project。INFOBARをはじめ、デザインとテクノロジーから新しいケータイのあり方を提案してきました。iidaへと展開したその活動は、再びau Design projectへと受け継がれ、現在もデザイン、アート、先端技術を通して、人とテクノロジーの新しい関係を探求しています。
Launched in 2002 following the “info.bar” concept model unveiled in 2001, au Design project has explored new possibilities for mobile phones through design and technology, beginning with INFOBAR. Its evolution into iida eventually led back to au Design project, which continues to explore new relationships between people and technology through design, art, and emerging technologies.
